The Canadian counterpart to the RIAA has once again taken down Demonoid. The message on their front page is as follows:

The CRIA threatened the company renting the servers to us, and because of this it is not possible to keep the site online. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your understanding.

Who knows if Demonoid will return but I hope it does.
