A new experiment done by scientists at Lucent Technologies was able to produce amazing Internet speeds. Although normal speeds now could reach 10GHz, most internet users do not see a quarter of that. Scientists say that in about five years they could reach very fast speeds, up to 145GHz. Although this is sure to come with a hefty price tag.
