This gives more power to the user than before. This case has set a precedent that the 'click-wrap licenses' will not be used. A few more of these and a large software company will be in even more trouble.

Monday's decision could undermine the enforcement of online pacts, sometimes known as click-wrap licenses, and could lead companies to rethink the use of agreements that customers are not required to actively click on.
